My name is Lucia Liu
I am a triathlete, cancer survivor, and endurance sports advocate. My journey - from overcoming cancer and life-threatening injuries to competing at the Ironman World Championships - is a story of resilience and determination. Through sports, I have found strength, motivation, and a way to inspire others facing similar challenges.

The Road to Kona
In 2025, I will race at the IRONMAN World Championship in Kona, not to win, but to prove that survival is victory. China Daily will follow my journey, capturing how endurance sports help fight life's toughest battles.
